Kilgour will have at least four baseball teams and one softball team this spring. It is not too late to sign up. Forms are available outside the school office or by contacting Rick Neff at

Instructional Baseball is coed and for kindergarten and first grade. The price is $40 and a check should be made out to Kilgour Sports Boosters.
It looks like we will have at least two Knothole teams; a combined 2nd and 3rd grade team and a combined 4th and 5th grade team. In order to be placed on one of these teams please fill out and submit a form and check for $90 to the Kilgour Sports Boosters.
We will not be with the Norwood organization this year. We will be playing in the proper district, Cincinnati Knothole District 5 West. We will play against mostly teams in Hyde Park and adjoining communities and Anderson. Softball is playing in a 10 and under league so will accept players from 2nd grade to the age of 10 as of January 1 of this year. This includes most 5th graders. If you would like to sign your daughter up for softball please fill out the form and submit it along with a check for $60 made out to Norwood Knothole.
Games start mid April. Practices start when coaches get organized and either the ground dries out or for some we will take to the parking lot as soon as we can. Instructional (T-Ball) will practice one day a week with a game on weekends. The season ends around Memorial day. Knothole will practice two days a week with about 15games ending mid June. If there is lots of rain there could be games rescheduled to the end of June. There is a potential for a tournament in July.
